Event Planning and Coordination

CGPR can assist with nearly every detail of an event’s run-of-show. From venue selection, coordination with other vendors, dignitary coordination, speech writing, videos, invitations and security…sometimes under the cloak of secrecy for surprise impact.

Recent examples include the long-anticipated announcement of a NASCAR Cup Series race coming to World Wide Technology Raceway. The news conference required strict confidentiality and lots of creativity to honor the historic news.
